What is CBAP® and why should I pursue it?

CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is the highest-level certification from IIBA®. Am I eligible for the CBAP® exam?

Yes, if you have:

At least 7,500 hours of BA work experience in the last 10 years
900 hours across 4 of the 6 BABOK® knowledge areas
35 hours of professional development in the last 4 years
Two references (from a career manager, client, or CBAP recipient)

Does your course cover the BABOK® guide fully?

Yes. The course is structured around the BABOK® Guide v3 to ensure you master all knowledge areas. But unlike pure self-study, we simplify the concepts, give real-world examples, and provide strategies for retaining key information so you’re fully exam-ready.

How is this course different from free resources or study groups?

Free resources can give you fragments of information, but they rarely provide a complete roadmap. Our program is structured, time-efficient, and includes study plans, quizzes, exam simulators, and mentorship. You’ll walk into the exam with confidence, not confusion.

How long will it take me to prepare for CBAP®?

Most students complete the preparation in 2-3 months with a consistent study plan. We’ll provide you with a structured schedule so you don’t waste time figuring out what to study and when.

Do I earn PDUs/CDUs from this course?

Yes. This course provides the 35+ PD hours required to sit for the CBAP® exam and can also be used to maintain your certification in the future.

What if I'm not ready for CBAP® yet?

If you don’t meet the work experience requirement, you can pursue ECBA (for beginners) or CCBA (for mid-level BAs) as a stepping stone. Our team can guide you on the right certification path based on your experience.

Will this course help me get a job?

Yes — indirectly. The primary focus of this course is to prepare you for the CBAP® certification exam and help you earn the required PD hours. While certification itself does not guarantee a job, it significantly boosts your credibility, confidence, and career prospects.

Employers often look for CBAP-certified professionals for senior and leadership-level BA roles. In addition, the skills, frameworks, and case studies you’ll learn here are highly transferable to real-world projects and interviews, making you a stronger candidate in the job market.

This is a CBAP Certification Training course, not the certification itself. By completing this program, you will:

Earn the 35+ PD hours (PDUs) required by IIBA® to sit for the CBAP exam.
Get structured guidance, mock exams, and mentorship to prepare effectively.

However, the CBAP exam registration and certification fee are paid separately to IIBA®. We’ll walk you through the IIBA application and exam booking process so you’re fully prepared.
